Zürich Wins at Home in Round 1

On 18th of April, Zürich hosted the first round of the 2026 Central East Europe Football Championships for both Ladies and Men.

It was an incredible day which resulted in Zürich winning three trophies;

• Our Men A team beat Berlin in a hard-fought final battle to win the Men's Cup

• Our Ladies overcame Rome+Augsberg amalgamation to take the Ladies Shield

• Our Men B team went unbeaten in the round robin to claim the Mens Shield

Since then, our Ladies won the Shield in the following tournament in Berlin!

Attention turns towards the final round being hosted in Verona in September where Zürich will be in the hunt for more silverware.
