The 4 times European Hurling Champion Zürich Inneoin GAA club was formed in 2002 by a group of non-Irish friends, to promote the games of camogie, gaelic football and hurling in the city of Zürich and throughout Switzerland. Along the way they attracted many players, both new and experienced, Irish and non-Irish.
The Gaelic Athletic Association is the organising body for the Gaelic Games, you can find information on hurling, camogie and Gaelic football on their website.
We are a sports club that is made up of different nationality players, brought together by a love of the gaelic games. Training sessions are held in English, but we are happy to help when new members don't quite understand everything, after all, all the terminology is something new for any beginner.
New Members are Welcome!
There is no need for any previous experience or knowledge of the game, anyone can come along and give it a try. We are always actively searching for new players, so check out when our training sessions are, drop us an email to let us know you are coming and we will bring all the equipment you need. Email info@zurichgaa.ch or contact us on social media via the buttons at the top of the page.
