Zürich at Football Tournament in Munich

Players from all over Switzerland eagerly journeyed to Munich for Round 2 of the Central Eastern Europe Championship on 28th June 2025. Zürich Inneoin in our striking white jerseys, fielded a men's team, while male players from Bern and Basel joined forces with Italian players. Meanwhile, Zürich and Bern united to create a strong ladies' team, sporting the vibrant Bern green and orange jerseys.
The Zürich & Bern ladies charged all the way to the final, delivering several incredible performances but ultimately had to settle for second place after an exciting showdown against the home team Munich! 🥈
The Zürich men clinched 3rd place overall, knocking out our compatriots on the way (sorry guys!). on the way to the semi final. In an exhilarating finish, triumphed over Prague in the 3rd/4th place playoff
with the final kick in extra time! 🥉
Zürich Inneoin took great pride in having two referees officiate at the tournament. Their presence is indispensable, as matches cannot occur without referees, and we extend our sincere gratitude to them.
